There will be an additional diapering fee for 3 year olds who are not toilet trained. Once they are toilet trained the fee will be removed. We are only able to enroll 3 year olds who are not toilet trained when there is space open in our 2 year old class as it is the only classroom with a diaper changing station.

Tuition Payments

1. Tuition fees are due the first school day of each month. You will be charged tuition based on the program your child is enrolled in.

2. TLC Preschool offers half scholarships ONLY. Families receiving scholarships agree to have their child(ren) present 85% of the scheduled program times they choose. If this requirement is not met, your scholarship may be subject to withdrawal and you agree to personally make up any loss of revenue to TLC Preschool before the child can return to school. Please ask the office about eligibility requirements. 

3. TLC Preschool accepts DES funding for all programs. Families DES funding agree to have their child(ren) present 90% of the scheduled program times they choose. If this requirement is not met, you agree to personally make up any loss of revenue to TLC Preschool before the child can return to school. 

4. Returned checks are subject to a $25 charge, regardless of the reason they are returned. No credit will be given. All fees are non-refundable.

5. No discounts are given for illness, vacations, or absences. Tuition installments are considered earned income and are non-refundable. Public school employees and public service personnel (i.e. Police Officer, Firefighter/EMT, Border Patrol, and Active/Retired Military) may be eligible for a 10% discount on monthly tuition. Church members receive a 15% discount. TLC offers a 5% discount off monthly tuition for each additional child enrolled in the same school year.

LATE PAYMENTS 

A late fee of $20.00  will be assessed for tuition not paid by the 5th of the month.  

WITHDRAWAL

Parents shall give the Preschool Director a written notice two weeks prior to withdrawal of a child.  If written notice is not given as previously noted, a payment of one half of one month’s tuition shall be paid.

OTHER FEES 

  1. A registration fee of $150 for new students and $130 for students already enrolled in the summer program prior to the start of the next academic year is due at the time of enrollment; the registration fee is a nonrefundable and is not counted toward tuition.

  2. A $30 registration fee for our summer program (June & July) will be charged separately from the above registration fees.

  3. All registration fees are due at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable unless the class is canceled. 

  4. Should you need to bring your child on a day not scheduled, our daily rate is $40 and must be paid before drop off. Prior Preschool Director approval is required.
